2. Personal data we collect
We collect only what you enter in our enquiry form: your name, company, phone number, email address, city or delivery location, the product you are interested in, the quantity and your requirement. Our web server and security tools also record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and spam prevention.
3. Why we collect it (purpose)
We use your personal data only to respond to your enquiry, prepare and send quotations and samples, follow up on orders and deliveries, and keep records required by law. We do not use it for any other purpose without asking you again.
4. Consent
We process the data you submit through the enquiry form on the basis of your consent. Before you submit the form we show a notice and ask you to tick a consent box. Consent is free, specific, informed and unambiguous, and you cannot submit the form without it. A record of your consent is included in the enquiry email we receive.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to sales@jtfindustries.com. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent. After you withdraw, we stop processing your data, except where the law requires us to keep it, and delete it as set out below. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it.
5. Who receives your data
Enquiries are delivered to our sales team by email. We use service providers to run the website and send email (website hosting and email delivery). They act as data processors on our behalf and may process your data only for those services. We do not sell your personal data. We share it with others only where needed to fulfil your request or where a law, court or government authority requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose above and for legal, tax and accounting requirements. Data from enquiries that do not become orders is deleted within a reasonable period after the enquiry is closed, and earlier on your request.
7. Security
We use reasonable security safeguards such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to the website administration and enquiry emails, spam protection, and regular software updates. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
8. Your rights as a Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing we do;
- ask us to correct, complete or update your data;
- ask us to erase your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose or you withdraw consent;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- have your grievance addressed within a reasonable time; and
- nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to do so.

9. Grievance redressal

We aim to acknowledge your complaint promptly and resolve it within the time prescribed by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India after you have first used our grievance process.
10. Children
This website is meant for business buyers. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
11. Cookies and third-party content
The site uses cookies that are essential for it to work. The Contact page embeds Google Maps and the site loads Google Fonts; these services may set their own cookies and process technical data under Google’s policies.
